To restrain the problem from happening again, the project manager has instructed the quality team to concentrate on the top 20 percent of causes that resulted in the identified defect. This is an instance of:

A 80/20 rule

Specification limits and assignable cause are related to control charts and are therefore not the correct answers; trend analysis relates to run chart, also not the answer. That leaves the 80/20 rule, also known as Pareto’s Law or the Pareto Principle, which states that 80 percent of problems result from 20 percent of causes. I’m not sure how this app is accurate, simple & effective along with FREE? But I’m so grateful. Getting professional qualifications can be so expensive & daunting to tackle. This test taking, review-type app has been so extremely helpful. The structure of the app is so intuitive. It definitely helps with giving you an understanding of why something is wrong / right & making sure it sticks. Absolutely love it & I'm so grateful.

This app helped me pass my PMP today. The questions are not exactly as they are on the test but they help you with gaining the knowledge you need to pass the test! And it is free! I would recommend this to anyone studying for the PMP.
